Pre-Listing Inspections
Residential Inspections
A home inspection may identify the need for major repairs or builder oversights, as well as the need for maintenance to keep it in good shape.
Radon Testing
Tests are recommended every 2 years and after any major renovations are done to the home.
Wood-destroying Insects
A wood destroying insect inspection will determine if there is any visual wood destroying insect activity or damage in the inspected property.
Water Testing
Make sure your water is free of harmful bacteria and other contaminants. Water should be tested every 3 years and we have a variety of testing packages available.
Multi-family & Commercial
Just like a Residential home inspection, a Multi-family or Commercial home inspection can help identify any large issues and deferred maintenance now to save you any headaches later.
Pre-Listing Inspections
If you are thinking of listing your home, this is a great way to get ahead of issues you might not be aware of and can serve as a great marketing tool to give out to potential buyers!
Inspection Fees
Since every property is unique, from condos to single-family home to multi-family properties, we base our fees on the size, location, age and special features (detached garage, multiple heating systems, guest house, etc) of the property. This information is also a good indicator of the estimated time needed for the inspection. David schedules no more than 2 inspections a day to ensure he can give your prospective home the time it deserves.
We understand there are a lot of costs associated with buying a home and that finding a way to reduce those costs may sound good in the short term, but deciding to go with the “lowest cost” home inspector may lead to expensive repairs down the road.
