David conducted an extremely thorough inspection of our 2-unit. We learned a lot simply asking questions as he went from room to room. His report was highly detailed and included photos to document the problems needing attention. This inspection report provided the facts we needed to re-negotiate with the seller resulting in a reduction in the purchase price. We used David’s inspection report as the basis for our repairs “to do” list prior to rental. Plus, he goes on the roof and checks it out…. not all home inspectors do that!
